Sales Executive Internship

About the internship

This internship is for a sales executive role at The Water House, a Kanpur-based provider of premium sanitaryware, plumbing, and hardware solutions. The company works with residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects and offers products from well-known national and international brands under one roof.

The focus of the role is to support sales operations, manage customer interactions, assist with order handling, and help grow the business reach across relevant customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Work with plumbers, contractors, builders, and architects to ensure orders move smoothly through processing and execution.
• Monitor order progress and help make sure dispatches and completions happen on time.
• Receive customer visits and ensure they are attended to properly.
• Support business development efforts and expand the customer base.

Who can apply

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 18 June 2026 and 23 July 2026, and available for the full 6-month duration. Applicants must be from Kanpur Dehat only and should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their career may also apply. Other requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification required.
• A laptop is mandatory.

Stipend and conversion opportunity

The monthly stipend is ₹17,500 to ₹30,000. This includes a fixed pay component of ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month. If the intern is successfully converted to a permanent employee, the expected annual salary is ₹3,00,000.
