This in-office internship is focused on building and shaping the founder’s personal brand on Instagram for a leading kidswear company. The role is highly hands-on and combines idea generation, shoot planning, content scripting, and reel editing.

Tiny Girl Clothing Company Private Limited is a well-known kidswear manufacturer in India, creating fashion-first, age-appropriate clothing for girls aged 2 to 14. Founded in 1995, the business began with a small two-machine setup and has since become one of India’s respected children’s apparel brands. Its portfolio includes Tiny Girl, Tressel for toddlers and infants, and the official Barbie x Tiny Girl line developed with Mattel. The company’s mission is to help every girl express her individuality through clothing that brings together creativity, comfort, and confidence.

What you will do

• Arrive prepared on shoot days with clear shot lists and a defined creative plan.
• Track trending audio, reel formats, and Instagram content patterns every day.
• Write hooks, talking points, and content scripts for founder-led POV videos.
• Turn raw footage into polished reels, producing around 2 to 4 edits each week.
• Work closely with team members who appear on camera and refine formats based on performance and engagement.

Other requirements

• You will be the creative driver behind the founder’s Instagram presence.
• The role involves proposing ideas, writing scripts or talking points, directing shoots, and editing the final output rather than only recording video.
• You should be comfortable giving creative direction to a senior stakeholder with confidence and a clear point of view.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 21 May 2026 and 29 Jun 2026, commit for 3 months, and be based in Mumbai. Additional details
