About the internship
This internship is focused on outbound sales and lead generation for a modern HRMS platform. You will work onsite in Noida and support the team in building interest among potential clients, setting up product demos, and keeping prospects engaged through timely follow-ups. The role is designed for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospects, organized in handling records, and motivated to contribute toward sales goals.

What you will do
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls using the provided contact data.
- Identify and qualify leads by communicating clearly and building interest.
- Arrange product demonstrations and meetings with prospects who show interest.
- Stay in touch with leads through follow-ups so opportunities remain active.
- Keep call logs, lead details, and meeting information updated and accurate.
- Work with internal team members to coordinate demo schedules and client interactions smoothly.
- Help the team meet targets related to lead generation and demo bookings.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects over calls.
- Basic awareness of sales and customer handling is preferred, though not mandatory.
- A self-driven approach with focus on targets and outcomes.
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and adapt in a fast-moving work environment.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Noida for 3 months and should be able to begin between 24th Jun'26 and 29th Jul'26.
