The company is building toward a future where AI reshapes how people interact with businesses, and this role is part of that mission.

Role Overview

The organization is looking for a Global Full Stack Technical Recruiter to strengthen hiring for its technical teams, especially engineering. This person will own end-to-end recruiting, help build better talent acquisition processes and systems, and partner closely with People and hiring teams to attract and hire strong, diverse talent.

This position is based in the greater Toronto area and follows a hybrid work model. Because the company operates globally, the recruiter must be comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones, including teams in Canada, California, Germany, Romania, and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Run global hiring efforts for engineering and other technical roles, from entry-level campus hiring to highly experienced candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, including promotion of openings, sourcing, outreach, interview coordination, and offer closing.
  • Design and execute creative hiring approaches to reach diverse talent across different regions.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and hiring managers and act as a key recruiting partner.
  • Work with hiring teams to define candidate profiles, share market intelligence, and shape sourcing plans.
  • Track pipeline health closely and keep internal stakeholders updated in a timely way.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Meet hiring targets within required timelines while preserving strong quality standards.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the hiring process and implement those improvements with the team and systems.
  • Plan and manage engineering events that strengthen the employer brand and support pipeline growth.
  • Keep the ATS well maintained, including screening inbound applications and sharing regular pipeline reports.
  • Use internal tools to generate recruitment metrics, provide insights, and improve hiring performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across a range of technical roles and seniority levels.
  • Background in hiring high-performing teams and managing negotiation and offer closure.
  • Strong connection to the local tech community and awareness of the competitive talent market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver against ambitious hiring goals.
  • Proven skill in building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing decisions as a recruiting advisor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful and adaptable problem-solving approach in a rapidly changing business setting.
  • Data-minded approach to evaluating recruiting effectiveness and making process improvements.
  • Experience with ATS workflows and maintaining clean records; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage options for employees and their families.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Monthly health and wellness allowance.
  • Home office stipend for remote work support.
  • Lunch reimbursement for employees working in the office.
  • Three weeks of PTO in Canada.

Compensation

This role includes base pay, equity, and additional benefits. Final salary is determined by factors such as experience, skill set, and location, along with any applicable local pay requirements. The company is actively recruiting for this position in both the US and Canada.
