About the role

Freedom Employability Academy is looking for a motivated English teacher who can help learners strengthen spoken English and develop the confidence needed for professional success. This opportunity is based in Gaya/Bodhgaya and is intended for a full-time, on-site teacher who is eager to contribute to student growth.

What you will do

• Conduct lively, interactive English classes with a strong focus on spoken communication.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids that suit the individual needs of learners.
• Use computer-based tools and technology to make sessions more effective and engaging.
• Track student improvement and share useful feedback to help them progress.
• Build a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable learning and participating.
• Work with fellow teachers to refine teaching methods and improve the curriculum.
• Keep up with current trends and effective practices in language teaching to maintain quality instruction.

Who can apply
