Role Overview
This position is for a Talent Account Executive who will work on generating new business by identifying client opportunities, handling incoming inquiries, and driving outbound outreach across the assigned region. The role involves approaching target companies and teams, identifying the most suitable technology solutions, and selling recruitment-related corporate offerings while keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
Working Model
This is a hybrid role. Work will be split between home and an office on selected days depending on team and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and relationship-building with prospects.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and keep management fully updated on pipeline movement.
- Close new deals consistently at or above the assigned quota.
- Create and execute a territory plan, and document competitive intelligence for internal use.
- Support teammates through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Help define and spread best practices across the team.
- Collect market feedback and share customer insights with product and marketing teams.
- Take initiative to solve issues beyond your immediate scope and step into additional responsibilities as needed.
- Look for ways to lead and contribute to the company’s broader goals.
- Be available for travel for around 40% of the time.
Qualifications
The role requires at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates should be comfortable with solution selling, handling multiple stakeholders, selling SaaS products, and working with CRM systems. Experience managing CXO-level relationships and large enterprise accounts is preferred, along with a sound understanding of software contract terms, fair deal structuring, negotiation, and forecasting. The ideal candidate can identify and close high-value business opportunities in an advocacy-driven sales environment, use data to evaluate opportunities, and manage many prospects at once while positioning offerings against competitors.
