About the Role

This position is aimed at a driven early-career software engineer who wants to build practical experience in a product development environment. The selected candidate will assist with application design, coding, testing, and maintenance while receiving guidance from experienced engineers and steadily strengthening technical capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

Help build, test, and release software applications.
Work alongside senior engineers to investigate bugs and close technical issues.
Take part in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards.
Create and maintain documentation for technical details and system workflows.
Assist with integration tasks, debugging, and application performance improvements.
Contribute ideas in team discussions around system architecture and upcoming features.
Keep learning new tools, frameworks, and development practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
Comfort with databases, APIs, and Git-based version control.
Understanding of software development principles and the SDLC.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Interest in continuous learning and growth in a fast-moving technology environment.

Preferred Skills

Practical exposure gained through internships or independent projects.
Awareness of web development frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
