Role overview

Inizio Engage works in long-term partnership with a major biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. The organization is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee a team of field-based Clinical Educators who support healthcare professionals in a specialized disease area. This position focuses on day-to-day execution, people leadership, compliance, and delivery of regional performance targets.

What you’ll do

Oversee the daily work of a regional team of Clinical Educators.
Make sound decisions while balancing operations, compliance, and team leadership responsibilities.
Drive the region to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
Review both numerical and qualitative information to evaluate regional outcomes.
Support the execution of contractual program requirements.
Keep current on the program’s technology stack, including CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Draft, check, and approve regional reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications before they are shared.
Visit the field regularly, coach team members, and complete documented coaching reports.
Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and development support to direct reports.
Share program changes, improvements, and business updates clearly with the team.
Ensure team members have the tools, systems, and resources needed to perform well.
Work with leadership on client and internal meetings and contribute practical solutions and observations.
Track roster updates such as launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational shifts.
Step into leadership coverage when planned or unexpected absences occur.
Use financial and operational information to support decisions and manage costs.
Travel within the assigned region as needed.
Take on additional duties as assigned.

What you need

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; a BSN is preferred.
An active RN or RT license.
2 to 3 years of experience in field leadership or supervisory management.
Prior experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
Clinical education experience supporting healthcare professionals is preferred.
Background in a specific disease state or specialty area is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organization and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to understand and apply performance and financial data.
Residence within 60 minutes of a major airport.
A valid U.S. driver’s license.
Comfort using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary for this role is $105,000 to $195,000 per year. Final pay will depend on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
