Role Summary
The Quality Inspector will be part of the Operations team and report to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager. The role focuses on carrying out on-site inspections of client products while ensuring all work meets QIMA’s quality standards.
Key Duties
- Review emails every day to collect inspection-related documents.
- Arrive at inspection assignments on time and communicate with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Inspect merchandise in line with company procedures and oversee container stuffing according to the same standards.
- Prepare inspection reports within the required procedures and deadlines.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should hold a college degree or higher in apparel or a related discipline, bring more than 3 years of experience in quality management, and understand AQL standards along with applicable safety and quality regulations. Strong written and spoken English, careful attention to detail, and a high level of professional ethics are also essential.
