Role Summary

Based in Doha, Qatar, this role supports procurement, supplier communication, purchase order handling, and shipment monitoring. The position calls for someone who is structured, attentive to detail, and comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors while keeping delivery timelines on track.

Core Duties

• Collect price quotes from pre-approved suppliers.
• Review supplier offers and prepare quotation comparison documents.
• Draft and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to check order progress and status updates.
• Manage both domestic and international shipment coordination.
• Monitor delivery movements and share timely progress updates.
• Keep supplier information and procurement records current.
• Liaise with production and warehouse teams to confirm material needs.
• Watch delivery timelines and escalate any delays.
• Maintain procurement and shipment tracking sheets.
• Assist with purchase cost comparisons and analysis.

Required Profile

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement support, logistics coordination, supply chain support, or order management.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive follow-up approach.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on exposure to supplier coordination and shipment tracking.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Previous Qatar experience is an advantage.

Compensation

The offered pay range is QAR 4,500 to QAR 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
