Process Engineer

Role overview

TRUSTKLUB Consulting is hiring a Process Engineer in Bengaluru for hands-on work across process design, plant optimization, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare process flow diagrams and develop piping and instrumentation diagrams for different process setups.
• Identify and size equipment according to process needs, with a focus on efficiency and reliable performance.
• Run simulation studies to improve plant performance and resolve operational issues.
• Work with teams from different functions to create, refine, and roll out new processes or update existing ones.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules and applicable industry standards during all project stages.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should bring 8 to 13 years of experience in Process Engineering, with mineral processing or a similar domain preferred. A strong command of process design and optimization, plant operations, equipment selection and sizing, and commissioning and troubleshooting is important. A Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute is required.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering. Candidates with a Diploma in Chemical Engineering are also mentioned in the profile requirements.
