Overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking to bring someone on board right away for its well-known Management Training Program. This role is designed as a launchpad for a long-term career, with possible paths into sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. As a management trainee, you will receive structured learning, coaching, and mentorship, along with a strong internal growth culture that supports advancement from within.
The role is based in Chatham at 350 Richmond Street, Chatham, ON N7M 1P8.

This position comes with a targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,996.

Role Summary
From the first day, you will begin learning the business while working from a neighborhood branch. The position blends customer-facing work with operational responsibilities, preparing you to eventually manage your own branch, build new business, and lead a team.
Training is hands-on and includes guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also spend time engaging with the local community to build the connections needed to grow business relationships.

Requirements
- A four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university, or an international degree recognized by WES and/or IRCC
- Preferred background in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related discipline
- At least 6 months of combined experience or involvement in one or more relevant areas
- Experience in commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality for customer-facing exposure
- Leadership experience through military service, athletics, team activities, clubs, or organizations
- Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug- or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- Must already be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years of age
- The company notes that this role typically does not qualify under an eligible NOC for Permanent Residency in Canada
