Role overview

Riverwalk Post Acute is looking to add a janitorial team member to support the cleanliness and upkeep of the property in Riverside, California. The position centers on keeping the building, surrounding grounds, and fixtures presentable, sanitary, and well maintained.

Key duties

• Keep an eye on the building and outdoor areas to ensure they remain clean, orderly, and well presented.
• Carry out a range of cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Sanitize restrooms by cleaning toilets, sinks, and floors, and replenishing supplies.
• Collect and remove trash and place it in the proper disposal locations.
• Care for and maintain janitorial tools and equipment.
• Inform management when significant repairs or issues need attention.
• Take on additional related tasks as assigned.

Pay

Compensation starts at $17.50 to $18.00 per hour, with pay depending on experience.

Education and experience

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though a comparable mix of education and experience may also be considered. Previous maintenance experience is an advantage.

Skills needed

This role calls for strong verbal and written communication, along with solid time management.
