Role Overview
This position calls for a seasoned IT Application & Systems Analyst who can support business operations and systems across multiple functions. The role focuses on reviewing how work gets done, spotting technology needs, improving application performance, and keeping business processes effective, reliable, and well-documented.
You will collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to strengthen communication, support informed decisions, and make sure technical solutions fit operational needs. The job also includes reporting, documentation, training, and hands-on user assistance.
Education
A bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Sciences, or another relevant discipline.
Experience
Candidates should bring 7 to 10 years of experience in business support, business analysis, systems analysis, planning, communications, administration, or a similar area. Experience with business applications, process-improvement work, and technology-based business solutions is also needed.
Technical Capabilities
The role requires the ability to interpret business workflows and convert operational needs into IT and system requirements. You should also be comfortable supporting business applications, improving related processes, maintaining data quality, and creating user guides, training content, and process documentation.
Core Strengths
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and English communication skills are essential. The position also calls for solid interpersonal skills, good coordination across all levels of the organization, strong organization and time management, and a careful, detail-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist leadership and department teams with business, administrative, and operational needs. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, study business and operational data to aid decision-making, and identify areas where systems or technology can improve performance.
You will help shape, implement, and maintain business procedures and system workflows, safeguard data accuracy and consistency, prepare and refine reports and presentations, and provide training and user support. In addition, you will develop and update manuals, user guides, and other documentation linked to process or system changes, while contributing to organization-wide process improvement and technology adoption efforts.
