In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser at Louis Vuitton, you will represent the brand in store and help maintain a consistent, premium, and refined visual merchandising execution across all product categories. In this role, you will support the broader business direction while helping strengthen the in-store client experience.

Windows and brand presentation

• Coordinate and deliver window installations smoothly with the Country Office and local vendors.
• Manage campaign-based product rotations in line with global standards and local commercial focus.
• Maintain strong brand storytelling, elevated product presentation, and uncompromising luxury standards.

Interior visual merchandising and zoning

• Work with Store Management to plan and implement store zoning and product rotations that improve client movement and category visibility.
• Handle products end to end, including back-of-house preparation, RMS updates, location changes, and final placement.
• Keep visual presentation balanced, polished, and consistent across all categories.
• Suggest substitute products when stock is limited while protecting the overall visual look and sales impact.
• Provide detailed written and photo-based feedback to the Country Visual Merchandiser after each rotation.

Commercial partnership and business impact

• Use visual merchandising to support sales growth and improve client engagement.
• Partner with the Store Manager, Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, Expert Advisors, and Universe Managers to align VM execution with sales performance, launches, and collections.
• Assist with in-store events and activations by applying VM concepts that improve visibility and results.
• Review competitor displays and share useful practices that can further improve store standards.

Store upkeep and daily excellence

• Carry out routine checks to ensure lighting, props, furniture, and windows remain aligned with luxury retail expectations.
• Arrange replenishment and maintenance of VM tools, props, and lighting materials when needed.
• Ensure all displays follow Maison guidelines and the latest visual instructions without exception.

Profile

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in a retail setting. You should bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a keen eye for fashion and current trends. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required. You should also be well organized, capable of planning and solving problems effectively, proactive, collaborative, open to learning, adaptable to change, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in luxury fashion.
