About the Company
Synthreo builds an AI-first platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Its tools help MSPs launch and run an AI-as-a-Service offering without needing in-house AI specialists. The product set includes a no-code agent builder, called Builder, and a white-label, ChatGPT-style client portal named ThreoAI.
The company is a small but experienced team focused on delivering working products used by MSPs and their customers at scale. The platform supports secure retrieval-augmented generation workflows, tenant isolation, and deep integrations with ConnectWise PSA so partners can monetize AI while staying focused on their own business.
Role Overview
This position is centered on frontend development, with the majority of the work focused on building polished, functional user interfaces. You will contribute to three main product areas: ThreoAI, Builder, and Tenant Management. The role involves creating admin-style interfaces, forms, data tables, workflow builders, and live chat experiences rather than pixel-perfect design implementation.
You will collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers, with opportunities to learn quickly, take ownership, and make visible contributions from the start.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and refine React 19 interfaces for admin panels, data grids, forms, workflow builders, and AI chat screens.
- Create live features with the SignalR client to support streaming conversations and real-time updates.
- Use DevExtreme components to build robust enterprise UI elements and advanced grids.
- Design visual workflow editors with React Flow for node-based and diagram-driven experiences.
- Write maintainable React code using Hooks and Context API for state handling.
- Integrate REST APIs while handling loading states, errors, and optimistic UI updates.
- Apply SASS/SCSS for responsive and accessible styling.
- Implement client-side JWT authentication flows, including sign-in, token refresh, and protected navigation.
- Partner with backend engineers to shape API contracts and data structures.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end integration issues between the frontend and .NET services.
- Take part in code reviews and frontend architecture discussions.
- Support Docker-based delivery and GitHub Actions workflows, including CI/CD improvements where needed.
Experience and Skills Needed
The team evaluates candidates by capability, curiosity, and growth potential rather than by strict years of experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to ship production-ready code and learn quickly.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in frontend development with real production delivery.
- Strong hands-on React knowledge, including component architecture, Hooks, and state management.
- Comfort working with JavaScript ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, modules, and array methods.
- Practical CSS and SASS skills for responsive layouts and styling troubleshooting.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling errors and loading states cleanly.
- Working knowledge of Git workflows such as branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Understanding of JWT-based client authentication, token storage, and protected routes.
- Ability to communicate clearly in async, remote-first environments.
- Interest in AI products and a willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Exposure to DevExtreme React components or similar enterprise UI libraries.
- Experience with React Flow, JointJS, or comparable diagram/workflow tools.
- Familiarity with SignalR or WebSocket-based real-time features.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience using ECharts or similar charting libraries.
- Understanding of Webpack configuration and build performance tuning.
- Testing experience with Jest or React Testing Library.
- Any backend exposure, including .NET or Node.js, is an added advantage.
- Previous work on AI, LLM-driven interfaces, or chat applications.
Why Join Synthreo
- Your work will ship quickly and reach active users, since the platform is already live and used by paying MSP customers.
- You will learn from senior engineers and receive hands-on mentorship as your responsibilities grow.
- The team offers strong ownership with minimal bureaucracy and direct access to founders.
- The environment is fully remote and asynchronous, with documentation designed to support deep work.
- Compensation is competitive and adjusted to your experience and location, with equity options included.
- You will build real AI products, including chat streaming, LLM integrations, and agent interfaces.
How the Team Works
- The process is lean, with an emphasis on useful tests, clear API contracts, and practical shipping over ceremony.
- Work is asynchronous by default, with scheduled overlap only when collaboration is needed.
- The team prefers small pull requests, quick feedback cycles, and continuous deployment.
- Candidates based in Czechia are preferred, though applicants from other locations are also welcome.
Commitment to Equal Opportunity
Synthreo says it values diversity and chooses candidates based on skills and potential rather than credentials or background. Applicants from all communities are encouraged to apply, including those who do not meet every listed requirement.
Application Note
Applicants should share a resume along with a short note describing something they have built, such as a side project, a work feature, or a UI experiment they are proud of. The team reviews every submission and aims to reply within one week.
