About the roleThis position involves working from partner hospitals in Chennai to help patients and their families understand Bajaj Finserv Health Rx EMI options and support them in managing medical expenses through easy installments. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, relationship-building, and coordination with hospital stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesMake regular visits to partner hospitals and speak with patients in person.Maintain ongoing contact with hospital employees and support teams.Present Bajaj Finserv Health Rx EMI offerings to patients and their families in a clear and empathetic manner.Guide patients through the process of converting medical bills into affordable EMIs.Develop and nurture professional relationships with hospital administrators.Work closely with billing departments and doctors to support smooth coordination.Strengthen and sustain partnerships with key hospital stakeholders.Eligibility and requirementsApplicants should hold a graduate degree in any field. A background in commerce, business, or life sciences is preferred, though not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site across partner hospitals in Chennai and should be able to communicate well in Tamil and English; knowledge of additional local languages will be an advantage.Strong spoken communication skills and the ability to explain EMI solutions with clarity and empathy.Good interpersonal skills for building trust with hospital staff and doctors.Interest in sales, customer service, or healthcare finance.Professional, patient-focused, and goal-driven work style.Willingness to work onsite at hospital locations across Chennai.Compensation and benefitsThe annual compensation ranges from INR 2,45,500 to INR 3,65,000.
