Key responsibilities
- Lead student-driven planning for 8–10 regional Leadership Symposia each year across the United States, covering venue sourcing, speaker outreach, budgeting, and sponsorship coordination.
- Plan and deliver an annual virtual career fair that brings together 20+ partners and thousands of students.
- Work with student leaders and outside partners to create engaging agendas and secure senior-level speakers.
- Develop detailed run-of-show documents, schedules, and budgets, and ensure seamless execution on event day from setup to breakdown.
- Coordinate timelines across functions so that all stakeholders, including Marketing, stay aligned from initial planning through final delivery.
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and sponsors while negotiating logistics and resolving issues quickly as they arise.
- Support fundraising events that bring together senior executives to advance the mission and programs.
- Review outcomes after each event, using attendance, satisfaction, and other measures to improve future programming.
