About the Role
This position is for an experienced content editor who will support the training of AI systems. The work involves checking how well chatbot models are performing, reviewing their reasoning, and identifying issues that can help improve model quality.
The role calls for a high level of skill in writing, editing, and content creation. Backgrounds in Communications or Journalism are also relevant, though other closely related fields may fit as well.
What You’ll Do
- Create writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess their responses.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Strong command of grammar, tone, style, and brand voice.
- A Bachelor's degree that is currently in progress, completed, or still being pursued is preferred, but not mandatory.
Contract Benefits

This is an independent contractor role. Payments are issued through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any fee or provide money to participate. Only candidates based in New Zealand will be considered.
