About the role
INFUSE is a global demand generation company that supports B2B businesses with audience, buyer, and account engagement solutions. With teams spread across more than 60 countries and recognition from major industry award lists, the company emphasizes client satisfaction, employee support, and continuous improvement. This opening is for a Client Success Representative working remotely within the APAC region on a contract basis.
What you’ll do
- Develop and nurture strong, durable relationships with clients.
- Make sure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with each client’s goals and expectations.
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives.
- Spot opportunities to expand business within the territory and work closely with sales teams to support growth targets.
- Handle complex client queries and escalation issues when needed.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational work, including data entry, system updates, and schedule coordination.
What we’re looking for
- A proven background in managing client relationships, ideally from hospitality, client success, or sales.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- A thoughtful, empathetic approach to understanding and resolving client needs.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
Hiring process
