Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement category strategies that support sales growth, stronger margins, and larger market share.

- Track category results and turn findings into practical plans to meet business goals.
- Refine product mix, pricing approach, and stock levels to improve performance.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline is required.
- Applicants should have prior experience in category management, procurement, merchandising, or commercial management.
- Strong numerical thinking and commercial judgment are essential.
- Experience in supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing is expected.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP platforms, and data analysis tools is needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are important.
