Role Overview
BoomerangFX is hiring a Business Development Representative to join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team focused on transforming healthcare practice management. This on-site role in Mississauga, Ontario is suited to someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to contribute directly to company expansion.
Compensation
- Base pay is between $40,000 and $45,000.
- Expected on-target earnings are $90,000 to $100,000.
- Commission structure includes a total of $225 for each demo.
- Compensation also includes $75 for every qualified demo booked.
- Earn $150 for each deal that is closed.
- You become eligible for the company stock option plan after 6 months of uninterrupted employment.

Key Duties
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day, with 100+ calls expected, to create new sales opportunities.
- Reach out to clinic owners, physicians, and practice managers to present BoomerangFX solutions.
- Assess leads and arrange product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Clearly communicate the product’s value and business benefits to prospects.
- Keep lead information and activity details current in the CRM.
- Meet and surpass monthly targets for demo bookings.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales positions.
- Hands-on background in cold calling and high-volume prospecting.
- Strong verbal communication, influencing, and objection-management abilities.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by sales outcomes.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing services is considered an advantage.
