The company also relies on in-house expertise and partnerships with brands such as Honeywell, Schneider, and Bosch.Role OverviewThis position is for a field-focused business development professional who will identify opportunities in active construction and institutional projects, engage with key stakeholders, and help grow the company’s project pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesSpend significant time visiting project sites to uncover new business opportunities in under-construction commercial properties, hospitals, and institutions.Meet and build rapport with decision-makers such as builders, contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and project managers to create leads directly at site level.Introduce and explain ELV solutions, including fire alarm and detection systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, nurse call systems, access control and boom barriers, and public address systems.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with construction and project stakeholders to support repeat business and sustained partnerships.Handle project negotiations, coordinate with the technical team for quotation preparation, and work toward closing deals and achieving sales goals.RequirementsAt least 1 year of B2B field sales experience in ELV systems, building automation, or low-current technologies.Solid understanding of CCTV, fire alarm systems, and nurse call systems.Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork and travel throughout the day to construction locations.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Minimum 1 year of professional experience is required to be eligible for this role.Other InformationLocation: Badarpur, Delhi, IndiaWorking mode: OnsiteVacancies: 3Compensation: ₹3,65,000 to ₹6,20,000 per yearStart: Immediate joiningApplication deadline: 2026-06-29 23:59:59Perk: Job offerTravel expectation: Extensive travel to different sites is part of the role.Projects and client environments: The role involves working across commercial buildings, hospitals, institutions, and construction environments.
