Barista

Role overview

As a Barista with the hotel team, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by preparing drinks carefully, keeping the café area in good order, and making sure each interaction reflects warm hospitality. This role is focused on delivering a smooth and pleasant lobby café experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Track lobby café stock, replenish items, and use the handheld POS system to check inventory while confirming product expiry dates.
• Make coffee and tea orders accurately and process guest checks correctly for lobby café purchases to support proper billing.
• Carry out routine checks on café equipment, ensure it is working as expected, and raise or resolve operational issues when needed.
• Keep the lobby café clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
