AI Trainer & Data Annotator

About the Role

This contract opportunity is for an AI Trainer & Data Annotator working remotely. The assignment is built around improving AI system output quality through structured review, annotation, and feedback. The engagement calls for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours, and the compensation range is $20 to $98 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-created answers across different subjects and tasks, then write, edit, and rank them based on usefulness and relevance.
• Apply detailed assessment guidelines to judge whether outputs are accurate, clear, helpful, and safe.
• Use AI tools such as GPT and ChatGPT for research support, content drafting, and data annotation work.
• Spot unusual cases, mistakes, and possible failure points in model responses, and record observations with clear notes.
• Work with the client team to help refine model behavior using feedback from review findings.
• Keep current with new practices in AI training and quality assurance so the work continues to support better model performance.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in any discipline.
• Regular, day-to-day use of AI tools.
• Strong writing and speaking skills, along with close attention to detail.
• Good analytical judgment and the ability to think critically.
