Description de l'emploi
Role overview
The Training Program Coordinator supports the design, improvement, and delivery of learning experiences that are intended to produce clear performance results. The position sits at the intersection of instructional design, learning science, and program coordination, with responsibility for helping build scalable training solutions that match business priorities.
The role works with subject matter experts and stakeholders across regions to turn operational needs into practical learning assets delivered through multiple formats. It also coordinates delivery with internal teams and outside learning design partners to keep output consistent, polished, and scalable.
Key duties
- Run the day-to-day administration of the learning management system and help ensure stable performance, compliance with license limits, and a smooth user experience.
- Track license usage, review trends, and recommend additional licenses during the annual planning process when the data justifies it.
- Add new users, update user access and status, resolve access or usage issues, and create clear channels for learner feedback.
- Work with the LMS vendor to resolve recurring issues and improve platform usability.
- Upload, publish, and assign updated learning content to the correct audiences within required timelines.
- Prepare accurate completion and compliance reports for stakeholders on a routine or ad hoc basis.
- Support a secondary quality review of learning content to confirm branding, formatting, and visual standards are applied consistently.
- Manage the shared Training team inbox, triage incoming requests, respond promptly, route items appropriately, and look for patterns that can improve service delivery.
- Assist with broader training administration, including instructor-led training coordination, report generation, and data handling for business reviews.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience coordinating training programs, ideally in physical security, data center, or corporate learning environments. A successful background in similar work is important.
The role calls for strong organization, the ability to juggle several priorities across different geographies, and hands-on experience with learning management systems and digital training tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are also needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable influencing without direct authority, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving matrixed setting.
This position may require occasional travel, approximately 5% to 10%, including domestic and international trips, and a valid passport is needed. Occasional night or weekend work may also be required to support urgent events in a 24/7 security environment.
All candidates must have reliable communication access, dependable transportation to and from work, legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based, and strong spoken, written, and reading English skills.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay for this role is $40 to $45 per hour, based on the Greater Seattle Area, with potential variation depending on experience and location.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.
Additional requirements
The position requires the mental and physical capacity to complete all essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes staying composed under pressure while dealing with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently; and handling multiple responsibilities at once.
The job involves regular computer and keyboard use, frequent lifting or movement of items up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, good near and far vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The role may involve handling confidential or sensitive information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.
