About the opportunity
This in-office telecalling internship is with Scaleease Private Limited, for a Mumbai-based role supporting customer communication and order confirmation for a fast-growing Indian D2C brand operating on Shopify and Amazon India. The business focuses on smart charging and mobile accessories and handles thousands of orders every month, with an emphasis on accurate fulfilment and low-friction customer experience.
What you will do
- Reach out to customers who left checkout unfinished and help bring those orders back to completion.
- Verify COD orders before dispatch by checking customer intent, phone number, and complete delivery details.
- Review and correct addresses where needed, and encourage suitable customers to switch to prepaid payment to help lower return-to-origin cases.
- Record each call, result, and follow-up action in the CRM tools used by the team, including Shopify and KwikEngage.
- Track daily and monthly performance goals related to order confirmations, cart recovery, and reduction in RTO.

Compensation
The stipend is listed as ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with a pay structure that includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
