Role overview
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to support the improvement of AI systems. You will join a large network of technical professionals contributing to practical advances in AI, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering roles.
The work combines flexibility with problem-solving. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on programming assignments such as designing and solving difficult coding challenges, developing polished applications with useful features, and turning data into clear analysis and visualizations. Your contribution will help train and refine intelligent systems that continue to learn and improve.
How the selection process works
After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be made available through the platform.
Contracting highlights

Responsibilities
- Present coding challenges to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
- Assess AI-produced output for accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality.
Qualifications
- Native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- Hands-on experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging methods.
- Strong written communication and grammar skills.
- A completed or currently ongoing bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience as a software developer, coder, programmer, or software engineer is preferred.
