Role Overview

We are seeking a Sitecore Full Stack Developer for end-to-end development of Sitecore-based digital platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role involving the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of solutions across frontend, backend, CMS, and cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, QA, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready implementations. The role demands strong ownership, a deep understanding of Sitecore development, and the ability to contribute across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Sitecore-based applications utilizing C#, .NET, and Sitecore APIs.
• Construct and maintain Sitecore components, templates, renderings, and content models.
• Implement frontend user experiences using React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, integrating with Sitecore (Headless or MVC).
• Create backend services and APIs to support Sitecore-driven experiences.
• Manage SQL databases, including writing efficient queries and supporting data models.
• Engage in the complete development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, QA, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Adhere to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Provide support for production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Sitecore CMS (Sitecore XP/XM, MVC or Headless).
• Proficient development experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Web/API development.
• Experience building frontend applications with React and/or Next.js.
• Practical experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Capacity to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within an engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sitecore Headless / XM Cloud.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with performance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Experience within the Healthcare industry.
