Overview
Hatch is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its revenue organization. The company is an AI communications platform built for businesses that rely on contact centers. This opportunity is best suited to someone who consistently outperforms, welcomes hard work, learns quickly from feedback, and is comfortable building trusted relationships with business owners and senior sales and marketing leaders.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the sales organization to find, source, and secure productive meetings with business owners, marketing leaders, and sales executives.
- Use a range of outbound prospecting methods together with a modern go-to-market technology stack to engage prospective customers.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of SDR processes, standards, and best practices for the team.
- Consistently exceed quota expectations and support teammates and the wider business in achieving shared goals.
- Look for opportunities to develop your skills and progress within Hatch’s revenue team or in future roles beyond it.
What They’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years of outbound sales experience selling SaaS products.
- A sales style centered on the customer experience.
- A mindset focused on continuous learning and rapid improvement.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Prior exposure to services businesses, either by selling to them or working within one, is a strong advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base compensation ranges from $55,000 to $84,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
