Overview
This is an entry-level SDR opportunity in Newcastle for someone who wants to build a strong sales foundation in a fast-growing software and outsourced services business. The organisation is backed by private equity and is targeting a doubling of revenue over the next three years, which creates room for progression as the company expands.
In this role, you will be using a modern, signal-led outbound approach, supported by a strong tech stack and your own console. The team is small, visible, and performance-focused, so your work will have a direct impact on pipeline creation from day one.
The package on offer includes a £30k basic salary plus £15k OTE, with uncapped accelerators that are paid monthly. The current team is reportedly performing at 150%+ per month.

What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting using signal-based methods to generate and qualify sales pipeline.
- Work independently from your own console while supporting a small, high-performing sales function.
- Target 12 sales-qualified opportunities each month.
- Move prospects from first contact to qualification within roughly 3 to 4 days.
- Contribute directly to a pipeline that is currently constrained, where your effort will be immediately visible.
What success looks like
- Comfortable speaking with prospects in a natural, two-way conversation rather than relying on a rigid script.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to discuss it clearly.
- Fast, consistent phone follow-up, including answering calls within the first 5 seconds.
- A willingness to be coached and developed rather than left to figure things out alone.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career, with a realistic path from SDR to AE in 12 to 18 months.

Compensation
Base salary: £30,000 per year.
On-target earnings: £45,000 per year, with uncapped upside through monthly accelerators.
