Role Overview
This position focuses on managing client relationships and supporting insurance sales in Mumbai, India. The role involves working with both existing customers and new prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with current clients as well as newly acquired customers.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest insurance products that best match their needs.
- Deliver prompt and professional service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain organized customer data.
- Prepare sales-related reports and support routine reporting activities.
