Description de l'emploi
About the Role
LettrLabs is transforming a $30B market by combining AI with physical marketing. For example, when severe weather strikes, the platform can identify impacted ZIP codes, launch direct mail campaigns within minutes, and attribute every conversion back to digital activity. This approach has helped customers achieve 5x conversion returns and 3x year-over-year growth.
As the company continues to scale, people are the core driver of that growth. The team is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented Recruiter to help meet expanding hiring needs across the business. This role is a strong fit for someone at the early stage of a recruiting career who wants meaningful ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to help build a team inside a fast-growing startup.
This position requires working in person at the headquarters in Los Angeles, California.
What You Will Do
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and community networks while building talent pipelines for both current and future openings.
- Conduct initial candidate screens, assess fit, and clearly communicate the company’s mission and culture while moving strong candidates through the process.
- Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication from start to finish to create a smooth and professional experience.
- Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and current so records remain clean and reporting stays reliable.
- Support the development and improvement of intake forms, scorecards, and offer processes as the recruiting function evolves.
What Success Looks Like
- Hiring pipelines remain consistently active, with qualified candidates available for open roles and no slowdown in sourcing momentum.
- Every candidate leaves the process feeling informed, respected, and well handled, regardless of outcome.
- Scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS data are handled accurately and on time without requiring manager follow-up.
- Within about six months, you are independently managing coordination work and beginning to contribute to sourcing strategy with limited support.
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a similar people operations role.
- A naturally organized working style with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities reliably.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional approach when representing the company to candidates.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback well, and dig into the reasoning behind processes rather than just completing tasks.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in an environment where processes are still being built.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or a similar system.
- Exposure to technical recruiting or sourcing for engineering and product-related positions.
- Background in a startup or other high-growth company.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable outbound sourcing tools.
- Interest in SaaS, robotics, or marketing technology.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $75,000 to $95,000. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, and work location. The package includes equity and benefits in addition to base salary. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if their expectations fall outside the listed range.
Equal Opportunity and Accommodation
LettrLabs is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
The company also provides reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities during the application process and throughout employment. Candidates who need assistance or accommodation are encouraged to reach out.
Agency Notice
Unsolicited resumes from recruiters or staffing agencies are not accepted unless a fully executed recruitment agreement is already in place. If no such agreement exists, the company may hire candidates directly without any obligation to pay fees. Agencies are asked not to contact hiring managers or employees about recruiting services.
