The preferred working location can be shared from Gurugram, Haryana, Mumbai, Maharashtra, or Bengaluru, Karnataka.What you will doCreate marketing strategy, working rhythms, insights, and campaign plans with AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.Design integrated marketing programs with user-led narratives and a strong social-first approach, while tracking their performance and business impact.Drive internal communication by turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations and securing alignment from product and engineering teams.Partner across internal and external teams to assess marketing opportunities from strategic, financial, and operational angles.Review and refine creative work, track campaign results, and share learnings with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, as well as retail, OEM, carrier, creative, and media partners to build and execute high-impact campaigns.Role requirementsA bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.At least 4 years of experience in marketing across areas such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing.Hands-on experience managing projects across multiple functions or teams.Prior work in growth, product, brand, social, partner marketing, or research is preferred.Background in consulting and use of behavioural marketing data is an added advantage.Exposure to marketing and sales operations, financial analysis, or similar analytical work is preferred.About the roleProduct marketing at Google covers the full lifecycle of a product’s market journey. The work can span consumer products such as Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, and Android, as well as business products like Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, and Analytics.
