About the Company

Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort being developed in the United Arab Emirates, with an anticipated opening in 2027. Set on a scenic island that extends into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property is planned as a premium leisure destination for guests looking to enjoy both recreation and relaxation. The integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.

About the Role

The resort is looking for a Product Manager to join its Product Development team and help shape and deliver product initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and build the roadmap in a way that supports business priorities, user expectations, and operational needs.
• Turn business objectives, service workflows, and user inputs into detailed product requirements and solutions that can scale.
• Work side by side with engineering and IT teams throughout the product lifecycle, including agile execution, system connections, and dependency management.
• Oversee external vendors by tracking performance, managing service levels, resolving issues, and keeping their work aligned with product plans.
• Serve as the main point of coordination among business teams, operations, technology groups, and outside partners to keep delivery aligned and efficient.
• Run discovery meetings and requirement workshops, then convert the findings into use cases, acceptance criteria, and tangible outputs.
• Keep user experience and operational efficiency at the center of solution design so that products remain practical, effective, and scalable.
• Define success metrics, use data to evaluate outcomes, and continuously identify ways to refine and improve product performance.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate should bring strong experience in product delivery and stakeholder collaboration, ideally within complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

• At least 4–6 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar IT-focused position.
• Prior exposure to guest-facing or operational systems in hospitality, gaming, or a related environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products in multi-stakeholder, highly integrated settings.
• Good grasp of the full product management lifecycle and delivery approaches such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with enterprise hospitality platforms including PMS, POS, and gaming systems.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and cross-platform data flows.
• Strong stakeholder handling, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Analytical and metrics-led mindset with attention to measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, and analytics platforms.
