Product Manager

Role overview

MCG Asia is hiring a Product Manager to help shape a growing SaaS platform built for business users. The position is suited to someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong bias toward execution in a fast-moving, metrics-led environment.

You will partner with engineering, design, and customer success to set product direction, ship meaningful improvements, and enhance the overall experience for users.

Experience in SaaS, Web3, or fintech will be an advantage. Applicants must already be based in Singapore and have a valid right to work.

What you will do

• Set and maintain a product roadmap that supports business priorities and customer expectations.
• Collect, assess, and rank product needs using user research, internal stakeholder input, and data analysis.
• Convert business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with engineering and design to deliver strong features within agreed timelines.
• Track product results, study user activity, and refine the product based on insights.
• Work with sales and customer success teams to better understand customer requirements and increase adoption.
• Lead go-to-market work such as feature rollouts, product positioning, and messaging.
• Own the product journey from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
• A history of launching successful digital products in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Good knowledge of SaaS operating models, including subscription, retention, and growth metrics.
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile or Scrum workflows.
• The ability to break down complex challenges into practical product solutions.

Additional information

This role is based in Singapore and requires a valid right to work. Experience in SaaS, Web3, or fintech is preferred.
