Role OverviewThis position sits within the BSv organization and is centered on invoice processing expertise. The role contributes to meeting service targets, team KPIs, and quality standards while delivering efficient, cost-conscious support that helps business outcomes.What You Will DoYou will help provide a customer-oriented, compliant service by applying streamlined finance practices, established methodologies, and relevant technologies that support innovation and ongoing process enhancement. The role also involves overseeing the day-to-day contract from both operational and finance perspectives, handling complex operational matters, keeping work aligned to budget, and supporting team development.With strong subject-matter knowledge, you will work on more complex invoice-processing transactions, produce accurate outputs across invoice-related activities, and make sure service resources are used effectively.Grade and Level DetailsThis is a junior to mid-junior finance support/professional role. The person in this position supports finance activities for small and medium-sized finance assignments, continues building capability toward a more specialized finance service, and may begin taking on people-management responsibilities.You will be expected to maintain working relationships with stakeholders across the supported business areas and operate independently in some situations, while still working under supervision.Additional InformationLocation: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
