Role Overview

This is a direct sales role focused on building a strong base of high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients through networking, database outreach, and market intelligence. The candidate is expected to manage a sizeable personal client portfolio, stay updated on local market trends, and drive sales of key financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new HNI client relationships through networking, database-led outreach, and local market intelligence.
  • Maintain and grow a large portfolio of personal client relationships.
  • Promote the featured focus product of the month.
  • Sell mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management services, and structured products to HNI customers.
  • Work with clients from banking and broking backgrounds, especially those managing bank AUM for HNI investors.
  • Handle a client base of around 25–30 customers.
  • Manage equity-related assets of approximately 5–6 crore.
  • Be responsible for an overall AUM of about 12–15 crore in equity and investment products.

Additional Information

This position is based in Bengaluru, India. It is a full-time opportunity with a fixed annual compensation range of INR 7,50,000 to INR 14,00,000.
