Role OverviewThis role is for an Order to Cash professional based in Chennai, with a focus on dispute handling and collections within the O2C function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage order-to-cash disputes and support resolution activities.Handle collections-related tasks as part of the O2C process.Work Location and ScheduleThe position is located in Chennai and follows a five-day work-from-office model. The shift pattern is rotational and includes night shifts.Interview ProcessThe selection process will be conducted virtually.Experience RequirementCandidates should have between 6 months and 6 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash.
