Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20 to 25 Analysts and Senior Analysts responsible for content research and data enrichment activities.
- Oversee daily assignment distribution, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and manage performance dashboards to maintain quality standards.
- Serve as the primary reviewer for task accuracy and handle escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Training, and Governance teams to identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Take part in onboarding processes and provide floor training for new employees, including both campus recruits and lateral hires.
- Monitor team productivity metrics and participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and professional experience.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in content operations, research, or data enrichment sectors.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership position within a team environment.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor team members.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and delivery models driven by key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additional Information
This full-time role requires the candidate to work onsite at the Kochi office. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Data Operations India Content Acquisition.
