Role Description
We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time, onsite role. This position involves managing daily logistics operations, coordinating the transportation of goods, overseeing inventory, and ensuring punctual deliveries. The supervisor will also be responsible for addressing customer service issues and enhancing operational efficiency in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and client relations skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Expertise in operations management to streamline logistics and maintain high efficiency.
- Proven experience in inventory control and stock optimization.
- A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competence in using logistics and inventory management software.
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Previous experience within the FMCG sector and knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market are advantageous.
