Role Overview

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a full-time Life Guard for its luxury resort in West Bay Lagoon, Doha, Qatar. The property is a long-established 5-star destination with rooms and suites, restaurants, spa and fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, a club lounge, and extensive event spaces. This position is a non-management role within the Golf, Fitness, & Entertainment category.

  • Watch the pool and swimming areas closely and use approved rescue methods whenever a guest needs help.
  • Identify unsafe conditions, risky behavior, and swimmers who may be struggling, then act or escalate as needed.
