About the Role
A Singapore-based, mission-focused organization is hiring a Curriculum & Development Manager to design and oversee high-quality learning content that supports public and enterprise stakeholders, with the work aimed at contributing to growth in developing countries. The position is an individual contributor role and requires a strong background in public sector work and adult learning. Prior exposure to online learning development is considered an advantage.
What You Will Do
- Create curriculum assets such as case studies, presentation decks, simulation activities, facilitation guides, and digital learning materials.
- Own the full curriculum development process from initial scoping and instructional design through production and final delivery.
- Develop online and blended learning solutions that are grounded in adult learning principles.
- Coordinate, review, and quality-check deliverables produced by external specialists, consultants, and vendors.
- Build and maintain a structured library of curriculum and digital learning resources.
- Track changing capability requirements and suggest revisions or new learning priorities as needed.
- Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and reports for senior-level stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, adult learning, or professional training within the public sector.
- Experience creating content intended to support development in emerging or developing countries.
- Ability to work independently while also coordinating outsourced or multi-stakeholder content development efforts.
- Background in designing or delivering online learning programs is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and excellent writing skills, with native-level English fluency.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Interest in purpose-led work and a commitment to continuous learning.
