Role overview

The Lead, Global Reliability Engineering is accountable for setting and advancing the global reliability direction for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Required qualifications

  • At least 10 to 15+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or technical operations within regulated manufacturing settings.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and digital reliability tools.
  • Proven success leading complex reliability programs across multiple sites and delivering measurable gains.
  • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, criticality assessment, lifecycle asset management, and reliability frameworks.
  • Exposure to digital platforms such as CMMS, asset performance systems, and industrial data architectures.
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and global teams.
  • Solid commercial and operational judgment; experience in GMP manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Compensation and benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is €96,000 to €165,025.

In addition to base pay, the package may include an annual bonus tied to pay grade/location and performance, or sales commissions where applicable.
