Lead Associate - Storefront

Role overview

The Lead Associate for Storefront will help run storefront operations and keep the customer journey smooth and consistent. The position calls for 4–6 years of relevant experience, excellent organization, and the ability to work closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities

• Keep the storefront tidy, well-structured, and visually strong.
• Regularly review pages to maintain accuracy and hygiene.
• Work with Merchandising Operations to gather inputs for themes and sections.
• Partner with the Product team on setup and configuration for new features and launches.
• Create and maintain wireframes and tracking sheets for topical and theme-based campaigns.

Coordination and dependencies

• Handle everyday coordination with merch ops and design contacts for storefront fixes, updates, and hygiene reviews.
• Plan P2 campaigns independently with merchandising, supply, and design agency partners.
• Coordinate with product operations for new features and understand setup requirements along with backend constraints and limitations.

Experience and qualification expectations

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, category marketing, or brand marketing.
• Ability to think strategically and build customer-focused plans across different audience groups and lifecycle stages.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects end to end with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration ability across influencer, social, and performance teams, with the confidence to influence technical stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
• Comfortable working with numbers and advanced MS Excel usage, and able to shape raw data into a clear marketing narrative.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, with the ability to evaluate a brief critically and take ownership of execution.
