Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to strengthen day-to-day technology support, asset control, and service reliability across the business. This role focuses on ensuring users receive responsive support, IT assets are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, and support activities meet operational and regulatory expectations in a banking environment.

IT Asset and Lifecycle Management

You will maintain accurate oversight of all IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones, shared-use devices, and branch-specific hardware. The role includes coordinating hardware procurement, supporting secure disposal processes in line with data sanitization requirements, and handling IT setup for new joiners as well as asset retrieval for employees leaving the organization.

You will also manage shared services such as printer access and physical access systems, including user permissions and usage monitoring.

In this position, you will serve as an escalation contact for service requests, incidents, and change requests within the IT service management platform. You should be comfortable working with Windows and Mac operating systems, SCCM, Active Directory, endpoint cybersecurity tools, and MDM solutions, and have practical experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.

A solid understanding of MAS TRM guidelines is required, along with strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset. The role also calls for a proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to support cross-functional initiatives and operational resilience goals.
