Role Overview
Bloomfields Holiday Homes is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for its expanding holiday homes team in Abu Dhabi. The role is centered on handling guest interactions and ensuring a smooth experience across digital booking channels.
Key Focus Areas
The position involves managing guest communication through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other online travel agency channels while supporting day-to-day hospitality operations.
Experience and Platform Knowledge
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in holiday homes, hotels, or the broader hospitality sector. Prior exposure to OTA systems such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia is required, and familiarity with property management tools like Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar software will be considered an added advantage.
Work Environment
This is an on-site opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role calls for someone who can stay effective in a busy, high-pressure setting while maintaining a strong guest-first approach.
