Role overview
Sea is hiring a Facility Engineer in Singapore to help keep office spaces running smoothly and safely. The role centers on day-to-day facility upkeep, coordination with building management, and support for office operations and projects.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out and schedule maintenance activities so office facilities remain in good working order, covering meeting rooms, desks and workstations, lighting, air-conditioning, sanitary fixtures, fire safety systems, and security systems.
- Liaise with building management on maintenance matters and service-related issues for the premises.
- Support the purchase of office equipment and consumables as needed.
- Contribute to space planning, office relocations, and any ad hoc projects or events when requested.
Requirements
- A diploma or an equivalent qualification in engineering, facilities management, or a closely related area.
- At least 1 year of experience in office management, property management, or a similar field.
- A service-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
