Role overview
A private equity firm in New York is looking for an energetic, positive, and solutions-driven Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders within its investment team. The role sits on a collaborative executive assistant team and requires someone who can thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while handling logistics with precision and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver broad administrative support to several executives, including calendar coordination, travel planning, and day-to-day office support.
- Keep complex schedules organized each day, spotting and resolving conflicts before they become issues.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, covering full itineraries, private and commercial air travel, and all related logistics.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential deal-related information with professionalism and strict discretion.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience supporting executives, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort managing several priorities and projects at once.
- Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work alongside colleagues based on the firm's needs.
- Ability to juggle multiple deliverables and shifting deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional information
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
This is a full-time onsite role.
