Candidate profile
This position suits someone who is organised, creative, comfortable speaking with a wide range of people, and committed to excellent service. Experience in arts, events, charity, or entertainment is helpful but not essential.
Desirable experience includes coordinating or managing events and projects, along with a solid understanding of industry regulations such as HSE, licensing, PRS, and related requirements. Knowledge of technical delivery, front-of-house operations, aesthetics, marketing, and publicity is also beneficial. An understanding of the build-to-rent market and the ability to work with limited supervision would be an advantage.
Health, safety, ESG, and quality responsibilities
All staff are expected to take reasonable care of their own health and safety, as well as that of others affected by their actions or omissions, and to follow all relevant instructions and guidance. Full details are set out in the Health & Safety Policy, Administrative Rules and Procedures, and the Health, Safety & Welfare Manual.
Employees are also expected to support the organisation’s ESG strategy by following environmental regulations, reducing waste, supporting nature in the urban environment, contributing to positive community impact, and taking part in volunteering.
In addition, staff must comply with ISO 9001-related quality management requirements, including the Company Quality Manual & Policies and the procedures, plans, and forms managed through the Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Company values
The role is expected to align with the organisation’s values: striving for excellence, working collaboratively, encouraging engagement, taking ownership, and embracing innovation.
